Efficient scheduling, execution, and communication of vessel operations and logistics while in port.
On board attendance and supervision of inspections and surveys.
Efficient attendance to all vessel needs including crew matters (medical, crew changes, transportation, delivery of CTM, parole requests, etc.), assistance with USCG and CBP matters, assistance with needed repairs, hold cleaning, etc.
In house clearance and delivery of spare parts. AMS filings for landing spares, discharge cargo, etc. Warehousing of spare parts as needed.
HTS classification of goods for accurate determination of duty assessment.
Calculation and payment of import duties, taxes and other fees on behalf of importers.
Preparation of all required CBP documentation and formalities for entering and clearing vessels and cargoes with Government entities.
Accurate and timely preparation of documentation (Statement of Facts, Cargo Manifest, Bills of Lading, Stowage Plan, etc.)
Assistance in preparation of acceptable stowage plans for grain loading.

Coordination of bunkering, cargo sampling, delivery of stores, collection of oil and/or water samples from the vessel.
